About Me.

I work at the intersection of Productivity, Retention, and Culture.  I am passionate about helping managers understand the need to treat all members of the organization with understanding and compassion while getting the tasks at hand accomplished.

One of the most challenging and traumatic periods in my life occurred when I suddenly found myself as a single mom raising two children and working at a large corporation with a full load of responsibilities. The corporation did not have a change management or trauma policy, and I received little or no support.

Linda Trignano

Workplace Performance Consultant

I am a workplace performance consultant addressing productivity and communication gaps in today's return to the workplace and fostering acceptance of the "new normal" work environment. My programs transform the way managers & teams communicate, connect, & collaborate both in-person and virtually.

I provide the mentoring, training, and consulting needed to improve employee engagement, retention, and culture. After an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together, I discuss a tailored program based on your specific areas of need.

Customized mentoring programs include one-on-one consulting, workshops, seminars, and speaking. Send an email or call 551-800-1127 for a complimentary, no-obligation call. Prefer a zoom call? Schedule at www.calendly.com/lindatrignano

I have over 18 years of corporate management positions with extensive experience in Employee Development Planning, Team Dynamics, Change/Transition Management, and HR Quality Process Management. This experience has made me highly effective at training managers to navigate productivity demands while supporting the grieving employee & team. As part of my journey, I decided that the best way to fill the "trauma/grief" support void in the workplace is to provide human resources professionals and managers training to better support their employees going through trauma, grief, and loss. The pandemic has highlighted the need for caring about all employees. There has never been a more critical time than now to focus on employees' overall health in the workplace.

In addition to my corporate work, I have facilitated trauma and grief recovery support groups. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Training, completing that training in 2019.

I offer highly specialized workplace trauma crisis training and consulting from a Human Resources and certified coaching perspective, helping individuals, teams, and managers through periods of loss and transition. I look at and consider the impact that trauma has on the entire team and develop a tailored program to provide the communication skills and training that enables your managers to address sensitive employee concerns.

This unique coaching draws on my experience in Human Resources, management, and grief facilitation. I am a trauma coach (not a therapist). I address sensitive areas such as crisis, illness, death, significant change and how these negative events impact the organization.

I have trained grief facilitators for over 18 years and worked with individuals in the process of recovering from trauma, grief, and loss. This involved individuals who were experiencing a divorce or death (The Beginning Experience), children who have lost a parent, relative, or close friend to death or divorce (Rainbows For All God's Children) as well as training for a unique Rainbows program to work with the children of 9/11 victims. I am a certified facilitator who has created and managed grief support groups. I served as a facilitator for Rachel's Vineyard's support group, which ministers to men and women who have experienced an abortion.

It is critical to offer a "trauma-informed" workplace to ensure that managers understand how to address individual concerns and be willing to put in place a way to address the specific, sensitive needs of employee(s) going through crisis, trauma, loss, or stress.

Offer training before a crisis arises.

Linda offers professional Workplace Trauma Consulting and Coaching from early stages to late stages of grief, loss, and transition. Her process is compassionate and in-depth. After an initial consultation, she prepares a tailored program based on your specific needs. Coaching encompasses one-to-one manager or staff member training or the entire team or company.
