The focus is on improving 3 critical areas - how you speak, how you come across to others and what your online image says about you. Depending on your needs, the customize programs include one-on-one consulting, workshops, seminars and keynote speaking.

I also focus on helping individuals and teams improve their communication style both personally and professionally. A coach & consultant with over 25 years of experience in a corporate environment, I offer client support in training and team facilitation. My focus is on helping companies more effectively handle their people related needs by working collaboratively with clients to find solutions that work for everyone. I am able to quickly and cost effectively implement change that improves productivity.

I am a certified business coach, recruiter and trainer. I have a MS in Training, Administration & Supervision; BA in Communications; Human Resources Certification, Rutgers University; Project Management Certification from Stevens Institute of Technology and Coaching Certification from Coach University as well as trauma coaching training from PESI. This certification enables me to help your managers  navigate the often sudden and unexpected responsibility of managing your staff members through grief.

Thank you, Linda for a most inspiring presentation! Your poinst were very clear - that preparation and training are critical to job success. There were 50 seats in the room, all filled, and many more standing in the back. That was the largest crowd we've had in quite a while. Thank you for choosing such a spell-binding topic, and for sharing your wisdom with a career-minded audience in need of support.
